Hi

Today I have seen the 3d dice tutorial during surfing on net very difficult way,  so I have decided to make it easy but look wise quit 3D. let's start to make Dice by the help of the tutorial.

Draw the below shape using pen tool (P)  and fill it with sky blue color(# 00AEEF).

Draw the below shape with rounded rectangle tool. and fill the gradient as below show in gradient pallet.

Take the copy two more copy of above effect and place it as below. Tip:- make sure that right and left gradient color same as your dice color.

Select the rounded shape with the help of ellipse tool (L) and fill it with black color.

Now we are going to use mesh tool (U) on rounded circle like below and select the two anchor point with direct selection tool (A) as show in below picture and fill it white color.

After filling the above effect white color. you will get the  below shape.

scale the above shape and place it on the dice shape as show below.

Take a copy of above rounded effect and place it as below. your final dice will as below but i will show a 3d dice bunch effect in next step.

Select all shape and copy it and adjust the gradient of rounded rectangle() to make different color dice.

Now see the different color of dice.
